Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Walum. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in your package, and return shipping is free of charge.

Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@thewalum.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Exchanges

We also accept exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to support@thewalum.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and send a replacement once your original item has been received and inspected.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@thewalum.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
